BAUTRACKR is a web-based construction workforce time tracking platform. By using the platform you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this policy.

1. General principles

By using the BAUTRACKR platform you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other users or third parties.

2. Prohibited activities

It is prohibited to use the platform to:

Enter false, inaccurate or misleading worker or hours data
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data of other users
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate parts of the platform
Distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
Disrupt, overload or damage servers and infrastructure
Violate applicable laws and regulations
Resell or unauthorisedly share account access

3. Data responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of entered data. BAUTRACKR does not verify entered worker, hours or construction site data.

4. Enforcement

BAUTRACKR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Reporting abuse

You can report suspicious activity or platform abuse to info@bautrackr.com

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Users may be notified of significant changes by email.
