1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BAUTRACKR platform you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BAUTRACKR is a SaaS platform for digital working hours tracking in the construction industry. The service includes worker management, construction sites, weekly reports, digital signatures and data export.

3. Trial Period and Subscription

New users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After expiry, the subscription is €39/month (or €29/month with annual billing, €348/year) and is billed automatically. You can cancel at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for:

• Accuracy of entered worker and hours data
• Security of their account credentials
• Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Compliance of records with labour legislation

5. Limitation of Liability

BAUTRACKR provides a tracking tool — we do not guarantee compliance with all specific legal requirements of the user's jurisdiction. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of data use.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by factors outside our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of significant changes.
